Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving payment or confirmation from our team.
  • Customers must provide valid contact details for communication.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on distance, bike type, and service selected.
  • All charges will be communicated before booking confirmation.
  • Additional charges may apply for delays, changes, or special handling requirements.

Packing & Safety

We use standard packing materials to ensure safety. However, minor scratches or wear due to transit conditions may occur and are not always avoidable.

Transit Time
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Insurance
  • Insurance is optional and recommended for high-value bikes.
  • Claims for damages will be processed as per the insurance provider’s terms and conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the bike is in proper condition before transport.
  • Remove personal belongings and accessories from the bike.
  • Provide correct documentation if required.

Prohibited Items

Customers are strictly advised not to keep personal or valuable items with the bike during transport. We are not responsible for any loss of such items.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of booking.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time frame.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays due to natural disasters or unforeseen events
  • Minor damages not covered under insurance
  • Loss of personal items left with the bike
